Please note, that by agreeing to the Terms & Conditions you have given permission to EdPrograms Inc. to use your marketing materials including program information, photos and videos with students, educators and other media outlets.
Participating Institution’s Representative agrees and acknowledges that EDPROGRAMS Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, members, directors, officers and employees (referred to as “EdPrograms”), shall not be liable for any damages, losses and/or expenses (including costs of litigation and attorney’s fees) arising out of or occurring in connection with his, her or its participation in the program which is the subject of this application and including, but not limited to, injury to person (including bodily injury, sickness, disease, emotional injury or death) and loss or damage to property, regardless of whether such injury, damage or loss results from accident, sickness, acts of war or terrorism, quarantine, natural disaster, or any other cause whatsoever, and whether directly or indirectly within or beyond EdPrograms’s control.
EdPrograms has made arrangements with other external companies for hotel accommodation and transportation to provide you the services during the tour. However, EdPrograms does not accept any liability for the quality of services provided by the suppliers, over whom EdPrograms has no direct control. EdPrograms does not own and operate any of the services. In the case that any of the concerned parties have any direct dispute of any kind with these operators, EdPrograms will facilitate and provide reasonable help to resolve such a dispute.
EdPrograms act only as a facilitator for the Tour participants for transportation, accommodations, food, and other goods and services provided to the Tour participants by the independent suppliers. Further, EdPrograms makes no representation or warranty concerning the nature or quality of the goods and services provided by the independent suppliers.
In the event EdPrograms is unable to conduct the program due to any cause beyond EdPrograms control, Applicant/Participant hereby acknowledges and agrees that they shall not be entitled to a refund but, instead, any or all amounts paid by Applicant/ Participant shall be credited towards a rescheduled or future program.
EdPrograms further limits its liability to the participants for any breach of its contract to actual damages, which shall in no event exceed the amounts paid by the participant for the Tour. EdPrograms also reserves the right to make changes to accommodations and/or to the itinerary.
EdPrograms is not responsible for personal or travel and health insurance and recommends that travelers purchase appropriate insurance and plan for contingencies.

The issuance and acceptance of the invoice and/or other documents in connection with the Tour is considered further acceptance of the above terms.
Note: Our tours are for accredited universities and colleges only. Alumni or agents can not represent a university. A full-time admissions staff needs to represent the university/college signed up for the tour.
