The term “you” refers to the customer visiting the Website and/or contributing content on this Website. This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for EdPrograms INC. A minor’s personal information will be used to complete a reservation but it will not be used in circumstances outside of what is required to operate the business or site.

  • Reviewing or Changing Your Information

You can access personal information online by providing your customer number and password when prompted at the login. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.

EdPrograms understands that participants may be forced to cancel their reservations for a variety of reasons. For all cancellation reasons, EdPrograms terms and conditions for refunds are as follows:

  • If you are denied the program country’s visa 90 days prior to the start of the program, student is eligible for a 100% refund.
  • If you have received the visa for the country of the program through facilitation of EdPrograms and wish to cancel your participation for the program, there will absolutely be no refund of any fees irrespective of the time table below.
  • All other cancellations must be received in writing and can only be on the following terms:

  • All refunds shall be net of any foreign exchange losses and net of any credit card or other banking or transfer charges and of any similar expenses incurred by EdPrograms INC.
  • Cancellations or terminations on or after the program start date, where a cancellation or termination of a program occurs on or after the start date for any reason and whether by the Student or EdPrograms, the Student shall receive no refund of any course fees already paid or incurred.
  • Please note the below exceptional circumstances, where the request for a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis:
    • You can demonstrate extenuating personal circumstances which prohibit you from coming traveling to the host country. (For example, illness and bereavement.) Please note that supporting evidence will be requested.

Refund processing

In the event that a refund is successfully requested, you will be reimbursed using the same means of payment as you used to make the payment to us, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will incur any applicable fees if EdPrograms was charged for any applicable fees as a result of the reimbursement.

EdPrograms understands that all registered University participants may be forced to cancel their reservations for a variety of reasons:

  • An official refund request shall be made to finance@edprograms.org only by the applicant who initially applied.
  • Refunds will be processed only on the following terms:

  • In the event that a refund is successfully requested, you will be reimbursed using the same mode of payment as was made to apply for the EdTour Program
  • In any case a Refund processing fee is applicable
  • In terms of a tour cancelation, EdPrograms reserves the sole right to determine the credit amount given to an institution towards a future EdTour or a Refund amount.
  • Refund processing fee is inclusive of but not limited to credit card, other banking or checking fees and transfer charges as well as of any other traveling, cancellation and re-booking incurred to EdPrograms Inc.
  • Please note the below exceptional circumstances may be allowed for a refund and will be considered on a case-by-case basis:
    • You can demonstrate unique personal or official circumstances which prohibit the applicant from attending EdTour Program.
      (For example, illness and bereavement.)
    • Please note that supporting evidence may be required.

Educational Programs (EdPrograms) is an organization established to promote international education through short-term immersion programs. We aim to familiarize participants with a multitude of disciplinary fields and career options through experiential learning, alongside a focus on building soft skills and promoting global consciousness.
