What is unique about this program?

Experience the bustling city of Doha, home of the 2022 FIFA World Cup. The Winter Pre-College Program (running successfully since 2019) at Northwestern University – Qatar is a well-rounded learning experience with a hands-on focus on the popular fields of Media Studies, Journalism, Film, and Communications.

Northwestern University (known for its Medill School of Journalism) is a highly selective institution and the Qatar campus boasts unparalleled student facilities and technology. NU-Q offers generous scholarships and financial aid to international students.

Students learn real-life skills through literature, film, communications, and public speaking. This program seeks to assist and enable students to detect various elements in film and literature to understand their role in preserving cultures and identities beyond borders.

Apart from this, get ready to enjoy the desert and visit other selective institutions such as Weil Cornell Medicine – Qatar and Texas A&M – Qatar.

Our goal at EdPrograms is to teach life skills throughout our programs. We work on vision building and various aspects of personal development and are proud of the transformations we have seen in our students from previous cohorts.
